Kerry Zebick - Membership Sales Manager

Kerry grew up in Tullahoma, TN but has lived in Cincinnati, Ohio for almost 20 years.  Kerry played collegiate golf for the University of South Carolina and the University of Cincinnati.  She is a former Communications Manager for the Greater Cincinnati Golf Association, former USGA intern, and current representative for women's golf in the University of Cincinnati Hall of Champions.  Kerry is an avid golfer and enjoys playing tennis, platform tennis, and basketball, as well.  Kerry is also a fan of fitness and is a certified yoga instructor. 

David Latture - General Manager

With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, David brings a wealth of management and leadership experience. He has a strong focus on customer service and understands the importance of providing a first-class experience for all members and guests. Prior to joining the VLC team as General Manager, he served as the General Manager of the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center-Murfreesboro and the Embassy Suites-Cool Springs for more than 10 years. Being from the Franklin area and a member of Vanderbilt Legends Club, he is aware of the great reputation and impact the Club has on the local community.

Patrick Jackson - Director of Golf

Patrick has served the club as both Director of Golf and Director of Instruction since his arrival in 1995. He has garnered several PGA awards including Golf Professional of the Year, Teacher of the Year and Merchandiser of the Year. Patrick directs all of our golf activities and staff and has the highest regard for member service. A native of Iowa, he played mini-tours throughout the Southeast and was a professional at Seascape Resort and Emerald Bay in Destin before moving to Franklin.

Joe Kennedy - Director of Golf Maintenance

A past president and current member of the Tennessee Golf Course Superintendents Association, Joe Kennedy has long been dedicated to maintaining championship course conditions at Vanderbilt Legends Club. Prior to joining the club in 1991, Kennedy supervised construction of the two courses. Before relocating to Brentwood, the Bellmore, N.Y. native and Brevard College graduate worked at several courses in North Carolina. Kennedy and his wife have two grown children.

Bo Casey - Class A PGA Professional & Corporate Outing Sales Manager

Bo Casey served as head golf professional at Vanderbilt Legends Club from 1999 to 2007. The following year, Casey was named corporate outing sales manager, where he oversees more than 100 annual events. Prior to joining the Legends team, the Belmont University graduate was a supervisor at Gaylord’s Springhouse Links Golf Club in Nashville. Bo, his wife and two children live in Franklin.

Bruce Lowman - Food & Beverage Director

Bruce Lowman has returned to Vanderbilt Legends Club as Food & Beverage Director after several years of employment with Embassy Suites Nashville South. Bruce has been an expert in the food & beverage field for many years and has dedicated himself to making VLC the best place to dine after a great game of golf.

Joe Hallett - Director of Instruction

Joe brings 18 years of PGA Professional instruction and education to VLC. He is a Top 100 Instructor with his previous experience including Lead Instructor at the PGA Center for Learning & Performance in Port St. Lucie Florida, PGA Education faculty Lead Instructor & Presenter, and PGA Director and Chairman of the 2011 PGA Teaching Coaching Summit. He was honored as a Top 50 Golf Instructor by Golf Range Magazine and is one of the new class of 2011 Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructors. He is a PGA Certified Member in Instruction. While working with players of all levels, Joe is heavily sought after by LPGA touring professionals and teaches numerous players out on tour including Hall of Famer Juli Inkster and 2012 Rolex player of the year and world #1 Stacy Lewis.  You can also read this article about Joe from The Tennessean from April 16, 2013:

Buddy Harston - Head Teaching Professional

Buddy Harston, a former member of the PGA Champions Tour and current head women’s golf coach at Lipscomb University, joined the Vanderbilt Legends Club in 2008, bringing his passion for golf and extensive experience to members as an Associate Golf Instructor and Director of Golf Fitness. Harston, a decorated player and a Titleist Performance Institute-certified Golf Fitness Instructor, has competed in two U.S.G.A. Senior Open Championships, two British Senior Open Championships and five Senior PGA Championships. Buddy has also qualified and competed in the PGA Championship at Hazeltine Golf Club in Minnesota and the PGA Tour’s Hawaiian Open. While serving the Lexington Country Club as Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf for 20 years, Buddy was awarded the Kentucky PGA Section Teacher of the Year as well as the Kentucky PGA Player of the Year three times. He has had three articles published in Golf Digest and Golf Magazine. A Nashville native, he attended college at Lipscomb University where he played baseball and was awarded the Bronze Glove Award and a spot on the All-Tournament Team at the 1972 NAIA College World Series. Buddy was inducted into the Lipscomb Athletics Hall of Fame in 2010. He and his wife, Julie, live in Nashville with their son, Aphiwe.
